Gail B. Stoops, RDH
A graduate of the University of Alaska, Anchorage Community College Dental Hygiene Program, Gail has been active in curriculum projects and course development protocol for oral health education with the National Institute of Health; the National Institute of Dental Research - Science Transfer Task force; the Thomas Jefferson University's Allied Health Training Grant, and Philips Oral Healthcare.
As a consultant and through GB Stoops Enterprises, Inc. Gail has presented a wide range of topics to audiences throughout the world.
Gail served nine years on the American Dental Hygienists' Association Board of Trustees, including the position of President in 1996. She invented and markets a window-design suction tip for use with sonic and ultrasonic scalers to decrease contaminated aerosols. Gail's life experiences are unique, after living in several states including California, Colorado, and Alaska, and spending her formative years in Australia. Gail currently practices dental hygiene part-time and resides in northern Arizona.

Janis Keating, RDH, MA
Janis Greil Keating is a graduate of Loyola University Chicago's Dental Hygiene Education Program and received her Master of Arts Degree in Education from Northwestern University.
Janis held faculty positions at Northwestern and Loyola Universities. While at Loyola, she served as the Director of the Dental Hygiene Education Program. Her passion for teaching continues at the University of Colorado as an Associate Professor. She practices dental hygiene part-time in the Denver area.
Most recently, Janis has coauthored several journal articles and textbook chapters. She has presented courses both nationally and internationally for dental professionals, and her goal is to design and develop interactive continuing education programs for the dental community.

Leslie Andrews, RDH, MA
After fifteen years in the corporate environment working in various sales, marketing and advertising positions and receiving her Masters of Business Administration degree, Leslie pursued her dental hygiene education at the University of Bridgeport. She graduated with Honors from the Fones School of Dental Hygiene
Leslie has served as a Delegate to the American Dental Hygienists' Association from the Connecticut Dental Hygienists' Association. At the state level, she has worked on many Councils and was the component President of the Gateway Dental Hygienists' Association.
Leslie has a passionate interest in holistic medicine and natural healing and has authored a new column in the Journal of Practical Hygiene and Contemporary Oral Hygiene She is a member of the American Academy of Dental Hygiene and serves as Eastern Trustee to the national chapter of Sigma Phi Alpha. Currently, Leslie practices dental hygiene part-time in Connecticut.

Linda Blackiston, RDH, BS
Linda received her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, Dental School, University of Maryland after she had been a business owner for nine years. Her professional background includes corporate pharmaceuticals, where she presented courses on the etiology and management of periodontal diseases, specifically related to the host response mechanism.
Linda's clinical dental hygiene experience includes general practice, periodontics and a staff position in pediatric dentistry at the University of Maryland. On an annual basis, Linda volunteers providing oral healthcare to underprivileged children in Mexico.
She is an active member of the American Dental Hygienists' Association, the Maryland Dental Hygienists' Association and the Greater Baltimore Dental Hygienists' Association. Linda practices dental hygiene part-time in the Baltimore area.

Lisa Copeland, RDH
Lisa is a graduate of Broome Community College, NY with eighteen years of clinical practice experience. She began her career in the Center for Osseointegration in Washington DC, which specialized in dental implants and prosthetics. Lisa is a member of International Congress of Oral Implantologists, Association of Dental Implant Auxiliaries & Practice Management, two organization dedicated to educating dental professionals and disseminating information pertaining to dental implants.
An educational consultant of twelve years, Lisa has presented a wide range of topics to audiences throughout the world.
After working in Singapore for five years, Lisa relocated to Washington State where she currently practices as a restorative hygienist in an office specializing in dental implant prosthetics.

Stacy Chichester, RDH, MS
Stacy is a graduate of Kellogg Community College in Michigan, with eleven years of clinical practice experience. After completing her Bachelor of Science Degree at Siena Heights College in Adrian, Michigan she relocated to Chapel Hill, North Carolina to obtain her Master of Science degree in Dental Hygiene Education.
Stacy is a former clinical assistant professor at the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry. She has published research in various dental hygiene journals including the Journal of Dental Hygiene as well as conducted clinical trial research related to endoscopic- aided periodontal therapy.
An active member of American Dental Hygienists' Association, the North Carolina Dental Hygienists' Association and the Durhan/Orange Dental Hygienists' Association, Stacy continues to practice dental hygiene part-time in the Durham-Chapel Hill area of North Carolina.

Tracey Jacobs, BSDH, RDH
Tracey is a graduate of the University of Alabama School of Dentistry and holds the degree of Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene.
With over 10 years of experience, she has served several leadership roles in professional associations including the position of President of the Florida Dental Hygiene Association.
Tracey is an elected delegate to the American Dental Hygienists' Association and serves as Meeting Planner for the Florida Dental Hygiene Association. In addition to these roles, she continues to practice as a clinical hygienist in Central Florida.
