- Call our Client Sales & Service Department at (800) 682-7664 and request a return authorization mailing label be sent to you. You will need to have your Sonicare with you when you call, so that we may obtain your serial number as part of the authorization process.
- Once you have received your return authorization mailing label, please enclose the following items with your return:
- Original sales receipt
- Item being returned (all original contents must be included)
- Name and address of where you would like your refund sent to
- Daytime telephone number and/or email address (in case we have questions for you about your return)
- Send your return via traceable means to the address provided with your return authorization label.
- A refund check will be sent to the address provided within 4-6 weeks upon reciept of the returned product.
Warranty Service.
Your Sonicare is covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of the original purchase.
